JULY 2023 – SHORT MINISTERIAL COURSE
Equipping Believers and Emerging Leaders
The ICLN 6-Week Ministerial Course was an online training program designed to equip believers and emerging leaders with strong biblical foundations and practical ministry skills. Over six weeks, participants were taught key doctrines, evangelism, leadership, church history, and life in the Spirit, alongside sermon preparation and delivery. The program combined teaching, interaction, and practical application to help attendees grow spiritually and function effectively in ministry.
2022 CONFERENCE – THE RISING
Renewed Commitment to Discipling the Nations
“The Rising” was a three-day online ministers’ gathering hosted (December 2022) by the Intercontinental Christian Leadership Network, bringing together believers across nations for spiritual empowerment, leadership development, and a renewed commitment to discipling the nations.
The program featured impactful teaching sessions, worship and prayer moments, and impartation experiences designed to equip participants for effective ministry and kingdom advancement. Attendees engaged interactively, gaining practical tools and deeper insight into discipleship and leadership.
2022 CONFERENCE – TAKE OVER
Making Meaningful Impact In Every Sphere of Life
The Take Over Conference 2022, hosted by the International Christian Leadership Network (ICLN) in partnership with Discipling All Nations, was a dynamic virtual gathering held across two sessions in October and November 2022.
Over the three-day sessions, participants engaged in powerful teachings, prayer, and impartation focused on spiritual growth, leadership, and kingdom advancement.
The program emphasized taking responsibility, walking in authority, and making meaningful impact in every sphere of life.
Attendees from different parts of the world joined via Zoom and experienced moments of renewal, clarity, and spiritual awakening. The conference concluded with a strong charge to live intentionally and advance discipleship in all nations.
OCTOBER 2021 – REFOCUS
Recommitment to Purposeful Christian Living
The ICLN October 2021 Online Congress, themed “Refocus” and inspired by 3 John 1:3, was a powerful time of spiritual renewal and realignment for participants across different nations. Held over four days via Zoom, the program created an atmosphere of deep reflection, learning, and recommitment to purposeful Christian living.
The program emphasized returning to truth, deepening spiritual growth, and living a purpose-driven Christian life. Key areas addressed included evangelism, unity, personal development, and the integration of faith into everyday life and leadership.
Through impactful sessions and moments of reflection, participants experienced renewed clarity, strengthened faith, and a refreshed commitment to living with purpose and influence.
DECEMBER 2020 – CAPACITY BUILDING
Raising Capable and Forward-Thinking Leaders for Global Influence
ICLN successfully hosted the “Capacity Building” online conference, focused on equipping individuals to expand their vision and grow into their future.
The program delivered practical insights on personal development, leadership growth, and strategic thinking, empowering participants to maximize their potential and impact. Attendees were inspired and challenged to take intentional steps toward building capacity in their spiritual, personal, and professional lives.

The ICLN Trans-Dispensational Christian Leadership Conference was a training program focused on equipping believers with strong biblical foundations and practical ministry skills.
