Each room is equipped with a coffee maker. You may choose to purchase high-speed wireless Internet access in your room. There is a business center that will be available to you. You may request a microwave for $10 per day and a refrigerator at no charge while supplies last. There is an on-site, full service restaurant. Room service is available 24 hours.

*The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the Airport. The hotel does NOT have a shuttle to and from the hotel. We have made special arrangements for you with Award Limo www.awardlimo.com 972-208-3333 972-208-3333 . Please go to the web site and enter your COMPLETE information: AIRLINE NAME, FLIGHT NUMBER AND CITY YOU ARE ARRIVING FROM. BE SURE TO PUT THE GATHERING OF THE EAGLES AS A REFERENCE.
The cost is $65 each way for one person, up to three people ($21.60 per person) in a Town Car. You may want to try to coordinate your travel with your friends in ministry so you can share the cost.
The cost for a group in a shuttle (10 – 20 people) is $25 per person each way.
YOU MUST FILL IN THE FLIGHT INFORMATION COMPLETELY. THE DALLAS / FT. WORTH (DFW) AIRPORT IS VERY LARGE WITH NUMEROUS TERMINALS. IN ORDER FOR THE LIMO SERVICE TO KNOW WHERE TO PICK YOU UP, THEY MUST HAVE THE AIRLINE NAME, FLIGHT NUMBER AND CITY YOU ARE ARRIVING FROM.
Please schedule your air travel arrivals and departures accordingly.
NOTE: Award Limo will assist you in scheduling your return trip during your stay at the Westin. PLEASE SEE THE Award Limo AIRPORT TRANSPORT DESK at the assigned time to schedule your return trip. Should you choose to take a taxi to or from the hotel the cost will range between $40-$50.
All activities will take place within the hotel.
